Hey! So Glad You're Here.
Welcome to The Baylor Strong Blog. Get to know the founder.
Ashley Baylor is a Pre-Physical Therapy student from California. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA to Christian Parents, Dr. Johnny & Dr. Sarai Baylor. Ashley has had a passion for health care since childhood. She learned about physical therapy her junior year in high school from her mother who received physical therapy (PT) services for a shoulder injury. She set her heart on PT and never looked back. Since 2012, Ashley has earned her B.S. in biology from Grambling State University and a certification in massage therapy (2014). In 2021 she graduated from Biola University with a B.S. in Kinesiology: Pre-PT with a minor in Biblical Studies. After the passing of her dad in April 2020 from stage IV pancreatic cancer, she decided to become an advocate and began fundraising for pancreatic cancer research. Earlier this year (2023) Ashley decided to create The Baylor Strong Project (coming soon) and in October 2023, the Baylor Strong Blog was born.
